Parenting Workshops
Guide Protect Love
In this workshop, parents learn to understand why children misbehave and why they let them. Parents learn how to become effective leaders, implementing reasonable rules that children follow consistently. Parents also learn strategies to deal with manipulation of all kinds, especially arguing, and to be able to remain focused on behavior rather than the person or their anger and frustration. These techniques and others help parents to remain close or repair damaged ties with their children—even those with really challenging behavior!
This workshop may be 2 or 3 hours. Three hour workshops examine emotional roadblocks to successful follow through and include role play and practice ending arguments.
Teaching Your Values
